The Waiting Father and the Lost: the Parable of the Prodigal Son

(Audio Unavailable) Luke 15:11-32
Jesus tells the story of a father who loved and sought to restore his two sons—one who was outwardly rebellious (the “prodigal”) and the other who was inwardly resentful (the elder brother). Jesus’ parable shows that, whatever our spiritual condition, we all need the Father’s love and grace, and need to progress from rebellion and resentment to become more like the loving Father.
